School Dismissal. - 6:00 p.m.
Non-School Day Program
7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Simi Valley Program Registration
Complete this form to pre-enroll your child(ren) in our after school program for the 2023-2024 school year. Current membership must be on file in order to process the application and reserve your child's spot. All fees must be current, prior to pre-enrollment. It is the goal of the Boys & Girls Club of Moorpark & Simi Valley to provide the highest quality of service to you and your family for the lowest cost possible. Please fill out the necessary information for the Van Transportation Rules & Regulations of the Boys & Girls Club of Moorpark & Simi Valley.
